On Wednesday, November 6th, at 12 pm, during the last Conversation with Sports Law Program students this semester, National Sports Law Institute founder Professor Martin Greenberg, will focus on his Sports Facility Development practice. In this lunch session he will provide an overview of sports facility financing and real estate development with a focus on Wisconsin and Tampa Bay with its sale of the team, potential relocation, and/or the retention of the team and development of a previously proposed site.
