Registration Tips: Registering for Co-Curriculars
As you plan your spring schedule, please note that there are some co-curricular credits for which the Law School will register you and some for which you will register yourself. Participation in all co-curricular opportunities requires pre-qualification through the appropriate channels (i.e., faculty/program approval).
Registrar Nicole Toerpe Mason will register you for the following courses shortly after the registration appointment period ends. These courses will not appear in CheckMarq if you attempt to register for them.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Board
- ASP for Legal Writing
- Clinics (Law & Entrepreneurship, Prosecutor, Public Defender, Restorative Justice, and Small Claims Mediation)
- Directed Research
- Graduate Assistant (i.e., research assistant)
- Judicial Internships (trial and appellate)
- Mock Trial
- Moot Court
- Supervised Field Placements
Students do have to register themselves for the appropriate sections of the following co-curriculars:
- ASP for Doctrinal Courses
- Law Journals
