Intellectual Property Law Society is taking applications for leadership positions! To apply, please send no more than a one-page single-spaced response explaining why you believe you would be the best fit for the role. Send all responses to Brian Biggs by Friday, April 17, at 11:59 p.m. You may run for more than one position but may only submit one statement. Below are the descriptions of each position:

• President and Vice President
  • These positions work together to oversee the implementation of successful events, seek connections within the local IP community, and ensure the organization fulfils its obligations.
• IP After 5 Chairpersons
  • Outreach and coordinate with firms to schedule IP After 5 networking events. There are 2 positions available.
• Secretary
  • Record minutes of the meetings and communicate on behalf of the organization regarding upcoming events and things of interest.
• Treasurer 
  • Collect dues from members and keep track of who has paid. Order food for events and take care of reimbursement. Responsible for planning and ordering merch at the end of the year.
• 2L Representative
  • Communicate with fellow 2Ls to promote IPLS activities and answer any questions 2Ls may have.
