SBA Executive Board and Class Representative Elections
Do you want to help build community at the Law School for the 2026-2027 academic year? Do you want to help plan and put on events for your peers? If so, petitions for Marquette Law School SBA executive board positions and rising 2L and 3L class representative positions are now available.
For the executive board there are seven positions available: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations Chair, Diversity & Inclusion Chair, and Outreach Coordinator. - Petition forms can be found in the Student Org Suite Room 336L on the SBA bulletin board. Petition forms can be turned into the Student Affairs Office.
- Write a 300-word personal statement for each position for which you are running. These statements will be made available to voters.
- You may run for up to two positions (including a class representative position).
- Email lawstudentservices@marquette.edu an electronic Word document copy of your personal statement by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 19.
For those interested in a 2L or 3L class representative position for next year, there will be a few positions for each class available. The qualifications are similar in that you must be a member of the class you represent and be in good academic standing. In order to be on the ballot, you MUST:
