Vieth Institute Real Estate Asset Program Seeking Applications
Join the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP)
The Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership is seeking law students for the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP). While the underlying assets are real estate, this program provides unique, hands-on experience in securities management and private equity. Law students work alongside business and engineering peers to manage a real-world, closed-end equity fund of over $4 million.
This is a premier opportunity to develop specialized skills in investments and the fiduciary complexities of asset management. If you are interested in real estate, corporate law, securities, or finance, this interdisciplinary experience can set you apart in the job market. Additional information can be found here.
This is an invaluable chance to apply your legal training in hands-on transactional work and develop a competitive edge in your legal career. Law students interested in the fall 2026 cohort must submit their interest survey by Friday, April 17, at 11:59 p.m. CST. The application link can be found here.
