Student Org End of Semester Reminders

Final Semester Requirements – due Monday, May 11

These items are for extracurricular student organization. Journals, Moot Court, PILS, and the ADR Competition Board are excluded from these requirements. All forms are due after final exams, so there is plenty of opportunity to complete them in a timely manner.

  • End-of-Year Transition Form
    • This helps everything stay in one location so it’s easy for us to make sure your new officers receive the information. It is not a replacement for actually scheduling time to transition with new board members.
    • Required even if some board members are staying on for another year. In this case, please use the transition memo as a summary of the year and to set some goals for next year.
    • Required so I know leadership information going into the summer and next fall. Provide some basic information on how the year went for new board members. Include an updated Roster for incoming officers. 
  • Reimbursement Form
    • All reimbursements should be requested before Monday, May 11, to ensure timely repayment for student organization expenses.
