Government Accountability Board Director and General Counsel Kevin Kennedy — Kennedy will be front and center during what promises to be an historic election year in Wisconsin.  Will there be a recall election for Governor?  What about recalls for several state Senators?  How will the state implement its new voter ID law?  Those are just some of the important questions facing Kennedy and the G.A.B. staff, who oversee Wisconsin’s campaign finance, elections, ethics, and lobbying laws.
