Completing State Bar Character and Fitness Applications

On Tuesday, October 24, 2017, 3L students—especially students graduating in May 2018—are invited to join a discussion about completing the Character and Fitness Questionnaire for admission to practice. The purpose of the program is to introduce students to the Questionnaire, present best practices for gathering information, direct students on how to request permission to amend their law school applications (if necessary), and to encourage students to meet with members of the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners investigative team who will be in Eckstein Hall on October 25th and available for walk-in, one-on-one meetings to answer students’ specific questions.

The discussion will take place from noon - 1:00 p.m., Room 444, Eckstein Hall

Lunch will be provided for all attendees.

On, Wednesday, October 25th, 2017, two members of Wisconsin's Board of Bar Examiners investigative team will be in Eckstein Hall and available for walk-in appointments for students who have questions about how to approach unique circumstances and/or how t respond to specific questions on the application. Students do NOT need to RSVP for the individual counseling sessions.
