We are honored the final arguments will be judged by Hon. Goodwin H. Liu, California Supreme Court; Hon. Stephen J. Murphy, III, (Marquette Bus Ad 1984) U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and Hon. Lisa S. Neubauer, Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

The Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition is the capstone event of the intramural moot court program at Marquette Law School. Twenty-six students won spots in the competition through their top performance in Appellate Writing and Advocacy last fall. 

The Jenkins Completion is named in honor of the late James G. Jenkins, the first Wisconsin judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (1893-1905) and the first dean of Marquette Law School (1908-1915).

You’re also encouraged to attend the On the Issues Program with Honorable Goodwin Liu at 12:15 p.m., April 19, Lubar Center. RSVP Now. He is known as a prolific and influential scholar. His primary areas of expertise are constitutional law, education law, and policy.
