Professor David Strifling, Director of Marquette Law School’s Water Law and Policy Initiative, will discuss water law controversies at the state and federal levels. The presentation will cover a variety of recent developments, including PFAS regulation and litigation, Wisconsin groundwater policy, the U.S. Supreme Court’s consideration of important water law and climate change issues, and much more.
