On the Issues: Marquette Law School Poll

Marquette University Law School is pleased to bring you the results of a new statewide poll on Wednesday, February 7, in an in-person event featuring Charles Franklin, professor of law and public policy and director of the Marquette Law School Poll, and Derek Mosley, director of the Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education.

The program will begin at 12:15 p.m. CST in Eckstein Hall. This program is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be available. The program will also be livestreamed on the Law School’s website via the “Watch Now” button for those unable to join us in person. Various poll findings will be synchronously noted on Twitter via the @MULawPoll account.

The Marquette Law School Poll’s February 2024 survey of Wisconsin examines the Republican presidential primary and potential general election matchups. Views of national and state issues are included, along with job-approval ratings for President Joe Biden and Governor Tony Evers, favorability ratings of former President Donald Trump and other Republican presidential candidates, and public opinion of Senators Tammy Baldwin, Ron Johnson, and others. Issues include redistricting, marijuana legalization, U.S. support for Ukraine and Israel, abortion policy, and economic performance.
