Please join us on February 18 as we continue our "Get to Know" series at Marquette Law School's Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education. Derek Mosley, the Lubar Center's director, will host the first of two programs introducing the Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates.
Brad Schimel has served in many roles in the legal system, including, since 2018, as a Wisconsin circuit court judge in Waukesha County and, 2015–2019, as the state’s attorney general. He began his career as a prosecutor in the Waukesha County District Attorney's office and was elected to three terms as the Waukesha County District Attorney. Learn about Judge Schimel’s background, priorities in this race, and how his experience will shape his approach to the office he seeks.
The program will begin promptly at 12:15 p.m. and include lunch, conversation, and community in Eckstein Hall. (The program with Judge Susan Crawford will take place on February 28.)
