Sports Law Speaker Series: Working in Professional Sports

On Thursday, March 27th, as part of the Sports Law Speaker Series, the Sports Law Alumni Association brings students a panel featuring alums from various parts of the professional sports industry discussing their work, career paths, and how participation in the Sports Law Program led to their current careers.  Led by Sports Law Competition Board co-chair, 3L Henry Score, alums participating in this panel include -

• Jake Armellani, Associate Counsel, Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee, WI (L’19),
• Krista Brown, Senior Manager, Legal & Business Affairs, Major League Baseball, New York, NY (L’15),
• Keegan Girodo, Marketing Counsel, NASCAR, Charlotte, NC (L’18), and
• Meghan Pirics, Senior Counsel, Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, Milwaukee, WI (L’16)

Lunch will be provided to all attendees. These alums will stay for the day to then judge the final round of the Professional Sports Negotiation Competition at night.
