Please join us on April 17 for "On the Issues: Sister Helen Prejean."
The Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education and the Andrew Center for Restorative Justice will again welcome Sister Helen Prejean to Eckstein Hall for a conversation about her ministry, working against the death penalty, counseling individual death row prisoners, and working with murder victims' family members. Learn how, at the age of 85, she continues to educate the public, advocate for ending the death penalty, and counsel both prisoners' and victims' families.
The program will begin promptly at 12:15 p.m. in Eckstein Hall. Please register here to attend. A light lunch will be available.
