On Wednesday, October 28th, in conjunction with their visit to Professor Anderson's fall Workshop: Legal and Economic Issues Surrounding Sports Stadiums and Arenas, Attorney Andrea Austin, class of 2012, and Kevin Kelley, both shareholders in the Sports & Entertainment Venues Practice, with Greenberg Traurig, in Denver, Colorado, will discuss their practice focusing on the development, operation, and renovation of professional sports facilities, representing public sector owners of professional sports facilities and professional sports teams in negotiating and structuring new sports venue development and renovations for NBA, MLB, NFL, MiLB, and USL facilities, as well as advising clients on a broad range of real estate transactions and public-private partnerships. The discussion will be in room 433, starting at 12 pm.
