Model of Service Delivery & Professional Responsibility Considerations When Providing Brief Legal Advice (1.5 ethics CLE credit)

Training is required for all attorneys who volunteer with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics (MVLC), including attorneys providing services at the Milwaukee Justice Center, the Estate Planning Clinic, the Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, and the Probate & Inheritance Clinic.  The training provides you with instructions on the rules of professional responsibility governing limited scope representation, together with the policies and procedures of our services.  Completion of the training entitles you to professional liability coverage through Marquette University for your work with the MVLC.
