Alexis Dahmer

Alexis Dahmer (she/her) is Legal Director, Compliance-North America at Johnson Controls. In her role, she provides subject-matter expertise regarding internal investigations, disciplinary processes, legal/regulatory matters for North America, antitrust/fair competition, and anti-corruption laws and policies. Alexis manages the company's Ethics & Compliance communications and trainings, helpline investigations, disciplinary actions, and remediation in the region.

A Milwaukee native, Alexis earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School (J.D. 2010) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (B.A. 2005).
