Benjamin Wesson

Benjamin A. Wesson is an Assistant United States Attorney with United States Attorney's Office - Eastern District of Wisconsin.  Ben is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Marquette University Law School where he is a co-instructor for the Community Prosecution course.  Prior to joining the USAO, Ben worked in the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office as the Team Captain of the Community Prosecution Unit.  During law school at the University of Wisconsin, he clerked with the Wisconsin State Department of Justice's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.  After graduation, he returned to the WI State-DOJ as an Assistant Attorney General with the Employment Litigation Unit.
