Hilary DeBlois

Hilary DeBlois is the Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education’s program manager. She develops, promotes, and facilitates programming and outreach opportunities for the Lubar Center.

Prior to coming to Marquette, Ms. DeBlois worked as the director of communication and outreach for the Wisconsin Procurement Institute and as an associate in the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Office of Government and Community Relations.  She also worked in the Capitol Hill and Wisconsin offices of a U.S. senator, where she handled constituent relations and policy issues related to education, healthcare, and children and family issues.  Ms. DeBlois served two terms as a member of the Shorewood School Board.

Ms. DeBlois holds a Bachelor of Science in political science and behavioral science and law from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
