Biography
Professor Paul Stenzel has had a winding road of a career. He started working with Native American Indian tribes upon his graduation from law school in 1995. He continues this work today, mostly with the Tribal Courts and justice systems. He has served as a judge or pro tem judge for several Tribal Courts in Wisconsin.
After taking a facilitative mediation training in 2007, he was instantly hooked and has steadily grown his mediation practice. Today, he mediates divorces (both with self-represented and represented parties) through Hansen & Hildebrand, SC, where he is Of Counsel.
Professor Stenzel graduated with a BA from Northwestern University in 1990 and with a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995. He lives in Milwaukee and enjoys exercising (swimming, biking and running), meditating, playing music and reading.
