Biography

Currently, Mr. Konrath is Vice President & General Counsel for CNH Industrial N.V., a $35 billion global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment as well as transportation and engine products, Richard has 25 years of experience as in-house counsel for large, global, manufacturing companies.  He has held a variety of legal management positions in the U.S. and Europe, leading teams addressing legal and compliance issues on a regional and global level.  Prior to his in-house experience, Richard served for six years with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, leading several rulemaking, interpretation, and enforcement initiatives.  He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Marquette University Law School where he is teaching a workshop in Corporate Compliance.
