Sonya Bice

Atty. Sonya Bice is an assistant attorney general in the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Criminal Appeals Unit. She serves on the State Bar Appellate Practice Section board. She clerked for the Honorable Kitty K. Brennan, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Dist. I, from 2016-2019 and for the late Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 2008-2015.  She supervises law student externs in the criminal appeals unit and serves on the DOJ Externship Committee that recruits and supervises students in both civil and criminal units. She has served as a judge for moot court competitions. She teaches Advanced Brief Writing.
