Revising for Effective Legal Writing. All too often, lawyers produce written work that is less clear and effective as it could be. Part of the problem? Often, it’s lack of proper revision. It’s crucial to take time to revise your written work, and Marquette Law Professor Lisa A. Mazzie will explain both why it’s important and how to effectively revise your writing. You’ll come away with some concrete ways to improve your writing.
