Please join von Briesen & Roper, s.c. attorneys and Marquette lawyers Ann Chandler (1987), Rebecca Roeker (2003) and Anne Wal (2006) for a lively discussion on real estate development involving restrictions (existing or as part of a new development), easements and government approvals. Anne Wal will provide an update on recent decisions that involve enforcement of restrictions, with an eye toward financing issues given her previous experience working at a large financial institution. Ann Chandler will discuss easement issues combining her current practice with her previous experience working in-house at a large national retailer. Rebecca Roeker, formerly served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and currently provides counsel for Wisconsin counties, will provide insight on obtaining government approvals.
