Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics Volunteer Lawyer Training

Training is required for all attorneys who volunteer with the MVLC, including attorneys providing services at the Milwaukee Justice Center, the Nonprofit Clinic, the Estate Planning Clinic, the Expungement and Pardon Clinic, the Small Business Clinic, and the Mobile Legal Clinic.  The training provides you with instructions on the rules of professional responsibility governing limited scope representation, together with the policies and procedures of our services.  Completion of the training entitles you to professional liability coverage through Marquette University for your work with the MVLC.
