Alexis Dahmer

Alexis Dahmer (she/her) is the Senior Legal Director for Americas Compliance and Global Compliance Communication & Education at Johnson Controls. In her role, she provides subject-matter expertise regarding internal investigations, Compliance training and communication, legal/regulatory matters for the Americas, antitrust/fair competition, and anti-corruption laws and policies. She also serves as Legal Counsel for the Johnson Controls Foundation and manages the company's Legal Intern Program. 

A Milwaukee native, Alexis earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School (J.D. 2010) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (B.A. 2005).

In her free time, Alexis is an avid reader who participates in both work and non-work book clubs, enjoys supporting local theater, and loves exploring new adventures with her family and friends.
