MVLC’s Model of Service Delivery & Professional Responsibility Considerations When Providing Brief Legal Advice

Training is required for all attorneys who volunteer with the MVLC, including attorneys providing services at the Milwaukee Justice Center, the Marquette Legal Initiative for Nonprofit Corporations, the Estate Planning Clinic, the Small Business Clinic, the Eviction Records Clean-up Clinic, and the Mobile Legal Clinic.  The training provides you with instructions on the rules of professional responsibility governing limited scope representation, together with the policies and procedures of our services.  Completion of the training entitles you to professional liability coverage through Marquette University for your work with the MVLC.
