Marquette Law School’s Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education is pleased to announce the “Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Tasting Dinner.” This year, Lubar Center Director Derek Mosley and ElevAsian will explore the rich history of Indian and Burmese food cultures in American cuisine. Come to socialize and learn while enjoying delectable dishes prepared by local chefs. Meet someone, learn something, try everything.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, at the newly opened Prairie Springs on Park, 1420 East Park Place, Milwaukee, the Urban Ecology Center’s event space. While we strive to keep the dinners affordable, we need to raise the ticket price to $40 to ensure the chef’s costs are covered.
