Please join us ...IP Colloquium Series: What does it take to negotiate a contract between a celebrity and a sports brand that makes fashion products?  What licensing opportunities are most compelling for a fashion and sports brand? What are the entertainment-based legal issues that a sports brand faces when they work with celebrities, athletes, and executives and coaches in a variety of settings, from tournaments to fashion photoshoots and marketing campaigns? Join us for a behind the scenes conversation with CJ Davis. CJ Davis has been the Assistant General Counsel at the luxury conglomerate Kering and is currently the Deputy General Counsel at PUMA. He'll share his legal experience, takeaways from his work managing PUMA's brand assets, and real-world examples of IP in action in the fashion and sports industries. 

Moderated conversation with CJ Davis, Deputy General Counsel, Senior Director of Sports Business and Legal Affairs at PUMA.  A questions and answer session will follow.
