On Friday, June 25, 2021, the National Sports Law Institute and Sports Law Alumni Association of Marquette University Law School present their annual summer CLE program Legal & Ethical Issues in Sports & Entertainment Law.  This free online CLE seminar will feature sports and entertainment law experts discussing interesting current issues in the field, along with a panel focusing on current issues in collegiate athletics, and a focus on ethical issues impacting athlete agents.  Details of participants, topics, and a tentative schedule for the afternoon are below.

  • The National Sports Law Institute will request approval of Wisconsin CLE Credit for this CLE Seminar from the WIsconsin Board of Bar Examiners.  If approved, the Institute will notify all attendees of such approval.  The Institute will not apply for approval of CLE credit in any other state, but will assist attendees when possible in seeking approval from other jurisdictions.
