Join the Estate Planning Society and Children and Family Law Society as they host Attorney Brittany Klaus Crothers and Attorney Emily Loe. Brittany joined her father’s practice at Klaus Law Office in 2008 after graduating magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, sealing the firm’s commitment to family law. Before joining Klaus Law Office, Brittany worked as a law clerk for a private practice and as a judicial intern for a Wisconsin Circuit Court judge. Brittany focuses on estate planning, divorce and probate/guardianship. Her influence continues to grow as she takes over as the head lawyer of the firm. Emily Loe earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School, with honors. Emily currently works for Walny Legal Group and concentrates her practice in estate planning, elder law, and guardianship. She works with clients to resolve a variety of legal concerns including adult guardianships, special needs planning, and long-term care planning.
