The Organization for Student Wellbeing is proud to bring back Guided Meditation. No prior experience required, as Professor Madry will give an introductory talk before each guided session. Come join us this Thursday, and each Thursday thereafter throughout the semester, to experience the many benefits associated with meditation, including a relaxed mind and body, improved sleep patterns, and lowered blood pressure. We look forward to seeing you there!
