Recent Developments in Copyright Law by Professor Bruce Boyden. Important new copyright developments have occurred within the last year, affecting both old and new technologies. This presentation will consider several emerging issues, including the operation of the Copyright Small Claims Court, the registration of AI-assisted works, the Griffin v. Sheeran music infringement case, and the pending Supreme Court decision in Andy Warhol Foundation v. Goldsmith.
