On Friday, June 23, 2023, the Sports Law Program and National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University Law School will host a summer Ethics CLE Seminar focusing on Legal and Ethical Issues in Sports Law.  The Seminar will take place in rooms 433 and 444 of Eckstein Hall, the home of Marquette University Law School, and will also be broadcast online to remote attendees.  This seminar will focus on ethical issues related to high school sports, representing college coaches and athletes, athlete agents, NIL agents, and sports facility renovation

  • The tentative schedule, including the participants, is below.  
  • The National Sports Law Institute will apply for CLE Ethics credits for this event from the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners.  We cannot guarantee that the BBE will approve our request.
