Dr. Michael Berenbaum, Director of the American Jewish University’s Sigi Ziering Institute — Michael Berenbaum is one of the world’s leading authorities on the Holocaust. He is a writer, lecturer and teacher, the author of 21 books, scores of scholarly articles, and hundreds of journalistic pieces. Dr. Berenbaum played an instrumental role in the creation of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and has worked on a number of award-winning films and television broadcasts. He has devoted his life to educating people about the Holocaust, and has written about the relationship between Jews and Catholics in the post-Holocaust period. 4:30 p.m. (note special time)
