    1. INTRODUCTION: Current issues related to gambling and sports in the U.S., including, professional sports leagues moving to Las Vegas, the New Jersey litigation before the Supreme Court, and the push by some states to legalize sports gambling.
    2. BACKGROUND: The complicated/convoluted structure of U.S. gambling/gaming law and why we regulate sports gambling.
    3. INDUSTRY: How the regulation of sports gambling has impacted the sports industry, and how the professional sports leagues new embrace of gambling, by moving to Las Vegas, and the possible legalization of sports gambling may change the sports industry.
    4. FLAWS: Why the federal regulation of sports gambling has failed, and the benefits of legalization.

    1. What do you think the Supreme Court will decide in the New Jersey litigation?
    2. If the Supreme Court invalidates PASPA, how will this impact gambling on sport, given that many states have specific state laws that regulate all forms of gambling, and that so many other federal laws regulate gambling?
    3. What impact would legalized gambling have on sport?
    4. What is the future of Daily Fantasy Sports? Why are leagues willing to accept DFS but not sports betting?
