Third-Year Visiting Student Applicants

Marquette University Law School welcomes applications from students who would like to enroll as visiting students during the third year of law school. A visiting student applicant must be enrolled in good standing and eligible to continue at an ABA-accredited law school. With the permission of the Dean or appropriate official at the home law school, students may visit at Marquette University Law School provided all courses completed at Marquette will be applied to degree requirements at the home law school. Students may visit for the fall or spring semester, or both.

Marquette University Law School utilizes a paperless JD application process. Candidates apply using the online application. Please refrain from submitting any materials to the Office of Admissions in hard-copy form except where instructed; see Checklist. The application fee payment of $20 must be submitted via credit card or debit check card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa); please do not submit payment via cash, check, or money order. LSAC credential reports will be requested for visiting student applicants.
