The Career Planning Center (CPC) is excited to invite you to participate in our Alumni Engagement Program (AEP)—an initiative designed to connect alumni with current students through meaningful, career-focused experiences. We are currently offering an opportunity for alumni to engage with students on Tuesday, November 3 for the purpose of giving students a chance to practice interviewing. Our team will equip you with the questions and the feedback forms, so you need not have significant interviewing experience to participate. We recognize that November 3 is an election day and share this as a reminder for you as well if you need to plan your time differently to participate in our event.
1L Interview Workshop:
Tuesday, November 3, 2026, 5:15–6:30 p.m. | 433 Eckstein Hall
This workshop gives first-year students the chance to practice interview responses in a fast-paced, “speed interviewing” format.
Alumni Registration: 1L Interview Workshop
How the 1L Interview Workshop Works:
- Register to attend in person on Tuesday, November 3.
- Prior to the event, you will receive 2–3 interview questions to ask each student.
- Each student will rotate through your table for:
- 6 minutes of Q&A
- 3 minutes of feedback
- 1 minute to transition to the next interviewer
Because this event requires a specific number of alumni and students, please only register if you are certain of your availability.
