The Career Planning Center (CPC) uses the integrated web-based application Symplicity to manage the Fall Recruitment Program. With Symplicity, students upload their application materials, "bid" for interviews with participating employers of interest, and -- if selected to interview (students are notified regarding interview selection via email) -- sign up for interview slots via the web.
To utilize Symplicity, students should go to the Symplicity student page and enter their personal username and password. All returning students should use the username and and password they were provided during the previous academic year. Students who have lost or misplaced their username and password should send an email message to mulawcareers@marquette.edu requesting a new username and password. An email that contains a new username and password then will be sent with the subject line "Symplicity Access."
