IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • ALL OCI employers require the submission of a résumé.  Résumés MUST conform to the legal résumé standards set forth in the Legal Résumé Guide and must be approved by the Career Planning Center following a one-on-one meeting with a member of the CPC professional staff, either virtual or in person. You will be unable to apply for any positions via Symplicity until your résumé has been reviewed AND formally approved on Symplicity. The CPC also reserves the right to remove from consideration résumés that do not meet legal résumé standards.
  • Do NOT submit a cover letter or any other document (other than a résumé) for an employer unless specifically requested by the employer.
