Annual Application (Submit annually, either by January 15 or July 15)
Required Attachments for Annual Application
Applicants must attach the following to their annual application form:

Their most recent federal tax return, or a notarized statement explaining that no return was required under federal law

A completed Employer Certification Form

Current student loan documentation, which may include the most recent loan statement or online screenshots showing outstanding balances and monthly payments, or a completed Lender Certification Form
By implementing this program, Marquette University Law School makes no guarantees as to the future funding or permanent existence of this program. The Law School reserves the right to terminate or modify the program or any of its provisions at any time. Benefits will be paid only to the extent that funds are available and the program continues to exist.
