- To obtain an official copy of your diploma or transcript (unofficial copies are not available), please visit the website of the Office of the Registrar.
- Certificate of Graduation with Authorization (for application for admission to practice to a particular state bar)
Completed forms may be scanned and emailed to Law School Student Affairs, dropped off in Room 238 of the Law School, faxed to 414.288.6403, or mailed to Law School Student Affairs, Eckstein Hall, Rm. 238, PO Box 1881, Milwaukee, WI 53201-1881.
