Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic
The Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic (LEC) is a clinical program at Marquette University Law School. It operates as an independent law office that provides pro bono legal services to startups and entrepreneurs in southeastern Wisconsin, with a focus on clients who cannot afford legal counsel. The LEC is staffed by Director Nathan Hammons and law students who earn academic credit for participating in the clinic.

Marquette Mediation Clinic
The Marquette Mediation Clinic provides opportunities for selected small claims court litigants to have their cases mediated by law students who are supervised by experienced mediators. This is a pro bono program in collaboration with the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Small Claims Division and the Waukesha County Circuit Court, Small Claims Court. The clinic also may be able to assist two parties facing a conflict even before involving the court.
