Marquette Law Mentorship Program Details

Mentors and mentees will fill out an application to start the process. The MLM student co-chairs will work to pair mentors and mentees based on preferences indicated in their applications.
Mentors MUST attend a mentor training, at the beginning of the fall semester.
While MLM mentors may be helpful in sharing their academic experiences at Marquette Law School thus far, all students should be aware that MLM is NOT an academic-advising program. For academic guidance, students should not hesitate to contact Dean Fodor or one of Marquette Law School's Academic Success Program leaders.
Mentees should feel comfortable taking initiative and reaching out to their mentors or MLM co-chairs, as the mentors have agreed to volunteer their time to help their mentees.
When participating in MLM, all student conduct is governed by the Marquette University Law School Academic Regulations.
The Office of Student Affairs reserves the right to replace mentors and mentees.
