Experiential Coursework and Workshops

Marquette Law School offers many opportunities for students to gain practical skills. Our upper level curriculum is both rich and diverse in its offerings, including traditional classroom courses, seminars, workshops, perspectives and advanced legal research courses. Students are encouraged to maximize the benefits which can be derived from the curriculum, satisfying degree requirements and course prerequisites, and otherwise developing lawyering competencies. In particular, the Law School’s litigation program and our nationally recognized dispute resolution program offer a broad array of skills courses, workshops and experiential learning opportunities. By definition, workshops are experiential learning.
