The law library's reserve collection includes the print Wisconsin Continuing Legal Education materials (brown binders), current study aids, PC and MAC laptops, MAC chargers, DVDs, and other materials that faculty and law school clinics place on reserve. Law students may checkout items from the reserve collection for 2 hours - 4 days, depending on the item type. Faculty may checkout reserve items, other than laptops, from the reserve collection for 3 days. Detailed information for user types and loan periods is available on the loan period table.
Course or Class Reserves are items that professors place on reserve for a specific class. Students may search the catalog to find class reserves by using the professor's last name for online materials and may ask at the circulation desk for print materials.
