Books Unbound

Books Unbound is the online version of the Wisconsin Bar PINNACLE books including the "brown binders," Wisconsin Business Advisor series, and the Wisconsin Judicial Benchbooks.

Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals

Indexes over 300,000 “articles and book reviews appearing in more than 500 legal journals published worldwide. It provides in-depth coverage of public and private international law, comparative and foreign law, and the law of all jurisdictions other than the United States, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Regular search features cover 1985 – current. The database contains historical coverage back to 1960 through the pdf of the print editions. Articles written in other than English are not available at Marquette Law Library. If you are unable to locate an article, please consult a reference librarian for further assistance and help with placing an Interlibrary Loan request.

Proquest Legislative Insight

Provides a Federal legislative history service that offers compiled digital full text publications created by Congress during the process leading up to the enactment of U.S. Public Laws. It includes only documents related to the passage of a law. Hearings, reports, bills, etc., that are not part of a legislative history are not included in the database. For those other materials use ProQuest Congressional.

Provides in-depth tax information. Covers all federal tax laws and regulations. Also offers state-by-state coverage of state tax laws and regulations. Includes international tax treaties.
